Sara Geller is a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience across critical care, outpatient, neonatal, and home health settings. With a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, Sara brings both expertise and empathy to every interaction.
She began her nursing journey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University, later advancing her education with a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from the University of Phoenix. Sara is board certified by the ANCC and holds active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Sara’s clinical experience spans roles in neonatal intensive care, pediatric ambulatory services, and home health nursing. At Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, she served as a Charge Nurse in both the Pediatric Ambulatory Unit and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where she managed care for critically ill newborns and supported the onboarding and training of new nurses. Most recently, she provided in-home care to pediatric patients through Aveanna Healthcare, helping families manage acute and chronic conditions with compassion and skill.
Known for her attention to detail, calm leadership, and patient-first approach, Sara is also a committed team player with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both patients and colleagues.
